I am reminded when your life is very busy and things are more stressful than usual, it is time to keep things very simple: simple diet, simple routines, and to try to make what you can more simple to compensate for all the bombardment on the body of stress and stress hormones and sheer exhaustion!!!
As a side note: it take twenty-four hours for your body to regroup after one rise in stress hormones. Just a reminder, those hormones were meant to protect you from a tiger attack...not from the accumulating paperwork on your desk!!
