Busy. Busy. Busy.

I am reminded when your life is very busy and things are more stressful than usual, it is time to keep things very simple: simple diet, simple routines, and to try to make what you can more simple to compensate for all the bombardment on the body of stress and stress hormones and sheer exhaustion!!!

As a side note: it take twenty-four hours for your body to regroup after one rise in stress hormones.  Just a reminder, those hormones were meant to protect you from a tiger attack...not from the accumulating paperwork on your desk!!

Nabbed from Claudia on FB

"But if you would only persist. If you would continue to be alone for a long time, amblingly swinging your legs for many miles and living in the present, then you will be rewarded: thoughts, good ideas, plots for novels, longings, decisions, revelations will come to you."
